Slab Leak Repairs
A leaking slab can be bad news for your property! We provide slab leak repairs by locating the source of any leaks in your pressurized water system. Once we find a leak, we’ll relocate it in order to keep your home protected from flooding. After getting in the slab, we’ll repair the leak and wrap the line to protect the concrete. In case you have a sweep slab leak, we access the drywall to repair it. Once we are done with your slab leak repairs, we’ll test for any other leaks using our electronic sound equipment.
Repipe or Reroute
The two essential treatments in faulty pipeline systems. Repipe involves complete re-plumbing of the hot and cold water lines, common in homes and properties with galvanized pipe leaks beyond conventional repair. Reroute is done to eliminate one single line of hot or cold water pipe that is experiencing leaks (usually in pipes that pass through walls, ceilings or attics). After masking off other areas in your property, we strap and insulate the new lines. Once the repair is done, we retest the system using our electronic sound equipment.
As a company that relies on advanced technology and state-of-the-art solutions in comprehensive plumbing, we have an impressive range of cameras for inspections. Camera inspection is one of the fundamental processes in our workflow, helping us to determine the source of damage, the extent of the damage and the possible long-term effects. We locate the breaks, leaks and other types of deformities in sewer lines, then use a line trace—that helps us to make sure that we get the job done right the first time and protect your property from further damage.
Sewer Line Repairs
Sewer line repairs can be potentially dangerous for your property and its foundation, so we take precautions when inspecting. Our camera inspection uses electronic sound equipment when digging to precisely determine the damage and how it affects the other areas of your property. This helps us to make treatment plans that can address the sewer line repairs comprehensively. We can also provide landscaping and concrete repair once the sewer line repairs are done.
Pressure Testing & Replacement Regulators
Pressure testing & replacement regulators are important in both the water and gas pipelines in a property. A pressure regulator is usually installed on the outside of a home, insuring that water pressure is regulated. Did you know that at night, most cities increase the water pressure (in order to clear the debris from the underground water pipelines)? Without a properly functioning regulator, your system may be at risk. To make sure the water pressure is between 55 to 65 psi, you need to have us test it, and replace it if the unit has failed.
Gas leaks can be caused as a result of normal wear and tear with the fittings leaking. Other indications of gas leaks are: a damaged connection to a gas appliance, dirt or water being blown into the air, dead or dying vegetation (in an otherwise moist area) over or near pipeline areas, a fire or explosion near a pipeline, exposed pipeline after an earthquake, fire, flood or other disaster. You might be able to hear a gas leak: an unusual sound, such as a hissing, whistling or roaring sound near a gas line or appliance. Or you may be able to smell gas: that distinctive odor. However, some people may not be able to smell the odor because they have a diminished sense of smell or a temporary inability to distinguish an odor after prolonged exposure to it, or because the odor is being masked or hidden by other odors that are present, such as cooking, damp, musty or chemical odors. Outdoors, certain conditions in pipe and soil can cause the odor to fade.
If you suspect any kind of gas leak, call for immediate service. We’ll detect leaks and repair the affected areas.

Water Heater Installation
Water heaters are one of the most commonly used appliances in the US. Have you ever wondered what the life expectancy of your water heater is? Or how often it should be replaced? Well depending on the manufacturer and the water in your area your water heater should last about 7-10 years. Nowadays, water heaters are being replaced every 6-8 years, due to sediment in the tank and the water heater then failing. If you have a water heater that does not heat or is leaking, call us for an inspection or replacement. We install high-quality units that aren’t available at your local big-box store and will be a better value.
