Who we are
Menifee Plumbing by Falco & Sons, a division of Accurate Leak Locators, grew up in Menifee. The parent company, Accurate Leak Locators, is an insurance-friendly leak detection/plumbing company and has been providing quality work for the clients of insurance companies for over 21 years. Three offices in Southern California cover Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and North San Diego County.
“I’m hands on with my business because I care. I’m here to offer guidance to my employees. We train weekly, have safety meetings, and keep everyone up to date with the latest information,” says owner Tony Falco. “We are not a commission based company. My guys are on salary, so they won’t try to upsell clients on selling more service than they need.”
We are a 24/7 operation and have done work for Mercury, Nationwide, Towers, Century National, Safe-Co, Farmers, State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Western Mutual, and CSE. Not only do we partner with these companies but we provide in-field and in-office training seminars for their adjusters and call center personnel. These training sessions assist their personnel to better understand what really takes place on our calls.
Tony Falco, CR/CEO and owner, has built the business from the ground up and instills pride and excellence in every facet of the corporation. He has invested heavily in state of the art equipment and our people to ensure we can do any job with the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency. We use only state-of-the-art equipment to detect leaks and perform our repairs or replacements. We can repair galvanized pipes, unless there will be further deterioration of the interior pipe.
